You must have purchased the ITH Marriage Mini Quilt - Blank Bottom ONCE in order to get an additional custom names and date file listed here. This listing is only for two first names and a date, it does not include the purchase of the mini quilt files.

Please allow up to 3 days to receive custom file AFTER we receive payment, names, date and machine format information.
Add the NAMES, DATE AND MACHINE FORMAT in the NOTES section on the checkout screen.
If no machine format is indicated in the notes, we will send DST.
If we do not receive the information in the NOTES SECTION on the SHOPPING CART PAGE when you check out, we will make one attempt via email to get that info from you.
