I need help finding the OTC code
If you have any issues logging in, here are the most common reasons you might not be able to sign in:
Email delivery issues
· The code should arrive via email. Check your spam or filtered email folders, as the verification email might have been caught there. (Use the email address you used in the past to make purchases on our website.)
· Another possible reason you may not be receiving emails is a typo in your email address. If you’re sure you’re entering the correct email and spelling it properly, please contact us so we can double-check that it’s entered correctly in your account on our website.
· A third issue that may happen is using an email address that is a business or corporate email address. Corporate or institutional email servers often have strict filters that block automated emails from e-commerce platforms. Try using a personal email address instead of a business email address.
· Add no-reply@shopify.com and mailer@shopify.com to your email safe senders or whitelist to prevent these emails from being blocked.
Code expiration
· The verification code is valid for 15 minutes. If it is past the time and expires, you can click "Resend code" on the checkout page or try checking out again to get a fresh code.
Too many attempts
· If you've had more than five unsuccessful attempts, you might be locked out for 30 minutes as a security measure. You should wait 30 minutes before trying again.
Code numbers keyed in wrong
· Copy and paste the code in instead of typing it in.
Other options you can try:
· If you are trying from a mobile phone, try a computer instead or vice versa
· Try using a different browser
· Clear your cache and cookies
