How to download designs
How do I download the designs I just purchased?

After you finish checking out, a Thank You page will pop up and there is an orange button that says, Download Design Files. If you want to download the designs to your computer right now, click on that button.
- It will bring you to a page where you can download the designs you just purchased to your computer.
- Under each design there is a button to download the design files.

You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to download your designs if you want to download them at a later time.

If you do not see the email, check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you are a new customer and have never received an email from us.
- You can also download the files at any time by signing into your customer account and looking under "Orders" (they are listed in date order) OR "Your Library" (they are listed in alphabetical order)
